As the Texas A&M Aggies prepare for their 2017 season, head coach Kevin Sumlin just got some additional help up front. Offensive lineman Christian Daimler will play in College Station for his final college year as a graduate transfer and will be immediately eligible to play. He made that announcement over the weekend on his Twitter account.
Excited to be a part of the Aggie Family for my final year! Gig'em! pic.twitter.com/caaCy5pv1M

Daimler had announced that he would be leaving Norman back in March. He was originally a three-star prospect from Houston Stratford that did not see action for the Sooners this past season. Interestingly, he also becomes the third transfer in as many years from Oklahoma to Texas A&M, joining quarterback Trevor Knight and running back Keith Ford.
With the Aggies losing both Avery Gennesy and Jermaine Eluemunor on the line, Daimler may have a chance to step in to one of those starting roles this upcoming season for Texas A&M.
