Fresh off leading his team to a Class 5A DII state title, Aledo quarterback Dillon Davis is heading to The Ivy League to play college football.
Davis announced Sunday on Twitter that he would be attending Columbia University in New York to continue his education and his football career.

Davis finished his senior season with 3,769 passing yards and 45 touchdowns. He was the signal caller for an Bearcats team that finished a perfect 16-0 and defeated Corpus Christi Calallen 24-16 in the state final at AT&T Stadium. It is the sixth state title in eight seasons for the Bearcats.
