Arlington Mansfield Summit wide receiver Hal Presley commits to Baylor.

Mansfield Summitt wide out Hal Presley became Baylor’s 12th Texas recruit from the 2021 recruiting class on Saturday afternoon. Presley posted his announcement via Twitter:

The 6-foot-3 receiver had 45 receptions for 847 yards and eight touchdowns in the 2019 season. “The experience at Baylor was really good,” Presley said in an interview when he visited the campus in March. “It feels like home and it feels like everyone is really serious about me.” Presley is the fourth receiver to join Baylor in the 2021 class.

“I just feel like Baylor is the right place because it’s already close to home and I can get the best coaching possible,” Presley said. “It doesn’t get any better than that.”

Presley chose the Bears’ program over schools like Cal, USC, Texas, Ole Miss, Arkansas, Michigan State and more.
