Former Austin LBJ Standout, Green IV, Gets Interception in Near-upset

| |

Allie Green IV did his part to help the Tulsa Golden Hurricane give No. 15 Oklahoma State all it could handle in a 16-7 road loss on Saturday.

The Cowboys were behind Tulsa 7-3 late in the third quarter and marched to the Tulsa 26 when Green IV picked off Oklahoma State quarterback Ethan Bullock to give Tulsa the ball on its own 29.

Green IV finished with five tackles, including a tackle for loss in the season opener for both teams. He was a three-year letterman at Austin LBJ and a Class 5A all-state first-team selection.

Tulsa visits Arkansas State (1-1) at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday on ESPN2.
