Cedrick Reed and Patrick Vahe led the Los Angeles Wildcats to their first win in franchisee history, while Kent Perkins helps the St. Louis BattleHawks bounce back with a victory on Sunday.
Reed helped the Wildcats (1-2) shut down the DC Defenders in a 39-9 victory. He had two tackles and an 8-yard sack against DC (2-1).
Vahe helped out the Wildcats’ offense accumulate 334 yards by blocking up front.
Perkins started at right guard in the St. Louis’ 29-9 win over the New York Guardians, helpin St. Louis (2-1) finish with 273 total yards against New York (1-2).
