Frisco Reedy opened district play in convincing fashion Thursday, rolling past Frisco Liberty 56-6 and improving to 2-2.
Both teams entered off Week 4 byes. Reedy had split its first three games, beating Frisco 17-14 while falling to Lovejoy and Prosper Walnut Grove. Liberty came in 0-3 after losses to Nevada Community, Frisco Panther Creek and Fort Worth Wyatt.
The Lions led 28-6 at halftime, then added 28 unanswered points after the break. Reedy finished with 406 total yards and forced two turnovers.
Next, Reedy visits Frisco Lebanon Trail, while Liberty travels to Frisco Lone Star.
