Hightower Hurricanes Were a CAT Zero vs Paetow Panthers
The Panthers of Katy Paetow went into their game with the Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes undefeated. At the end of the game, they were still undefeated. The Panthers scored early and often and their defense stifled Hightower in all phases of their game plan to win in a blowout 55-7.

Paetow now sits all alone atop the district 10-6A standings at 6-0, with two games left in the regular season. The Panthers racked up 507 yards of total offense as they held the Hurricanes to just one score.
QB C.J. Dumas was 11 of 17 passing for 229 yards, 4 touchdowns, and one INT. He threw a scoring pass to RB Damyrion Phillips (2 catches, 50 yards), who also rushed for 153 yards and three touchdowns.
He also threw TD passes to WR Kole Wilson (2 catches, 85 yards) and WR Josh Prieto (4 catches, 68 yards, 2 touchdowns).
The Panthers’ defense played lights out. They held Hightower to 205 total yards, minus 26 yards rushing, and sacked Hightower QB Kendron Penson six times.
Fort Bend Hightower is now 0-2 against Paetow, losing by a combined score of 65-14.
Paetow will take on defending district champion Manvel on Oct. 29th. Fort Bend Hightower faces off against Milby on October 30th.
