Per multiple reports, the Houston Texans have parted ways with wide receiver Keith Mumphery and linebacker Max Bullough.

Mumphery had been a backup receiver and kick returner for the Texans after being drafted in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. The move comes just two days after a report that he had been banned from Michigan State’s campus after “violating the university’s relationship violence and sexual misconduct policy.” Mumphery was not charged with a crime and the case was closed according to authorities in Michigan.

Bullough had been with the Texans since 2014 after signing as an undrafted free agent. The former Michigan State linebacker had 56 tackles for his career. Bullough was suspended for four games last month for violating the NFL’s policy against performance enhancing drugs.
