Life Oak Cliff Hangs 105 on Bonham In Historic Win

Life Oak Cliff did not just win Friday night. The Lions put up a score that looked more like it belonged in a basketball gym.

Life Oak Cliff rolled past Bonham 105-14, moving to 3-0 while producing one of the single-game highest point totals by a Texas High School football team this century.

Junior quarterback Camren Phillips had a night that will be remembered for a while. He completed 18 of 26 passes for 459 yards and 10 touchdowns. Loyace Grayes caught two long touchdown passes, while Antonio Hammond hauled in the score that pushed the Lions past 100 points.

Life Oak Cliff led 63-7 before halftime and never slowed down. E. Hall added 135 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries.
