Milford Rolls Past Bluff Dale 58-8 in Six-Man Matchup

Milford entered Thursday night 4-2 and coming off a 45-0 shutout of Covington. The Bulldogs kept rolling against Bluff Dale.

Milford defeated the Bobcats 58-8 in a Class 1A six-man matchup that had been moved up from Friday night.

The 50-point margin triggered Texas six-man football’s 45-point rule, which ends a game once the margin reaches 45 points at halftime or during the second half.

The win moves Milford to 5-2 after a season that has already included an 86-85 shootout victory over Waco Vanguard.

Bluff Dale falls to 4-4 after entering the game off a 69-20 win over Blum.

Milford travels to Avalon on Oct. 30, while Bluff Dale visits GCCA.
