Per Ian Rappaport, Garrett becomes the 14th-highest paid defensive end in the league and he has yet to play a single snap in the league. The expectations will be very high for Garrett in Northeast Ohio.
Garrett is the sixth member of Cleveland’s 2017 draft class to sign. The Browns also signed former DeSoto cornerback Howard Wilson and former Deer Park kicker Zane Gonzalez.
