Nolan Catholic strength coach K.J. Williams has inspiring message during COVID-19

During a time that many are struggling to make sense of what has been coined “the new normal”, student-athletes are looking to their coaches for guidance now more than ever. All over the country, juniors are beginning the process of announcing their verbal commitments while still unsure what the future holds for practices, training, and the 2020 football season.

With so much uncertainty, we have seen many coaches use social media as a positive source of inspiration for their athletes. From the beginning, Fort Worth Nolan Catholic’s coaches have gone above and beyond to provide direction, guidance and inspiration to their athletes as well as their students. On Friday, Nolan Athletics released a video from Coach K.J. Williams via Twitter offering a sense of hope to those who may need it:
