North Shore continued their dominance, defeating Kingwood 48-21 in a district showdown. Quarterback Kaleb Bailey led the charge with 235 passing yards and four touchdowns, while running back Thomas added 129 rushing yards and two scores.
North Shore jumped out to an early lead with big plays, including a 98-yard touchdown run by Thomas and a 68-yard fake punt for a touchdown by Deblanc. Kingwood’s offense struggled to gain momentum, managing only 174 total yards.
Kingwood rallied late with two touchdowns, but North Shore’s defense sealed the win, improving to 5-0. North Shore will face Goose Creek Memorial next week while Kingwood looks to improve to 4-2 against an 0-4 Channelview team.
