After a lengthy weather delay in El Paso’s Lower Valley, the Eastwood Troopers and Del Valle Conquistadores faced off in a preseason scrimmage at Conquest Stadium on Friday night. Both programs are looking for big seasons in 2017 and each had an opportunity to take the field and show that off.
Both teams will be traveling out of town for their first games of the year. Eastwood will travel to Midland to take on Midland Christian next Friday while Del Valle will head across state lines to face off against the Mayfield Trojans in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Here are some of the highlights from an eventful night in El Paso.
