1. What was the highlight of your 2021 football season?

The highlight of my 2021 football season was coming to TCA and being welcomed in with open arms!

2. What was the biggest challenge you or your team had to overcome this season?

My team had to battle competitive opponents all season to make it to, and win the TAPPS League Championship

3. If you could give advice to an incoming freshmen football player, what would it be?

Seek God first. Work hard, have an open mind, and don’t get discouraged. Do that, and the rest will fall in place.

4. If you could be a Super Hero, which one would you pick and why?

I’d be Doctor Strange because his powers are super cool and his abilities are almost infinite.

5. If you had to go to an island and only bring 3 things, what would you bring?

A stainless steel Spile, canned food, and a big case of waterproof matches.

 6. If not in the NFL winning the Super Bowl MVP, where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I see myself working in youth ministry or being a teacher/coach at the school I go to now, or the university that I attend.

7. What is your go-to pre-game pump-up song?

I don’t typically listen to music before the game, I like to zone out and visualize the game and what I need to do.

8. What is your favorite football or sports movie?

Definitely “Remember The Titans”

9. Name a teammate that:

  • Improved the most this year: Jack Harwell, my guy is STRONG!
  • Is most likely to become President: Markus Schumacher, SMU commit
  • Has the best Tik Toks: Luke Johnston
  • Is most likely to become a high school football coach: Cody Polk, Texas A&M commit

10.  Why do you love football?

Because it’s the one place I get to fully let loose, physically and leave it all out there. In every other aspect of life, particularly other sports, I have to be careful so that I don’t hurt somebody due to my size. But in football it’s the opposite, I get to use the body that God gifted me to its fullest extent.
