What was the highlight of your 2022 football season?
Claiming the state championship and winning back-to-back titles.
What was the biggest challenge you or your team had to overcome this season?
I think our most difficult challenge this year was building chemistry with different teammates. We lost several key players from the previous year, and it took some time to acclimate everyone, but we were playing our best football toward the end of the season.
If you could give advice to an incoming freshmen football player, what would it be?
Don’t be intimidated, believe you can play at this level and put in the extra work, it won’t be given to you.
If you had to go to an island and only bring 3 things, what would you bring?
Water, peanut butter, and a football. Peanut butter has a ton of calories, and a football to keep me from being bored.
Who is your favorite NFL Team?
My favorite NFL team is the 49ers. We were at the playoff game in Dallas against the Cowboys when they ran out of time on the clock after the QB draw. It was one of the best days and celebrations of my life.
Who is your favorite NFL Player(s)?
Jalen Hurts and Brock Purdy
What is your go-to pre-game pump-up song?
It depends on my mood. I wouldn’t say I have a go-to song.
Why do you love football?
It’s the greatest game ever invented, and it continues to evolve. No other sport has the atmosphere and audience that football does.
