What makes him a Hidden Gem?
When you attend summer football camps, you see the best talent in Texas. There are always 5-star talent players who are recognized easily, but hidden gems always surface. George Hardy III caught our attention, as well as the coaches running the camp. Hardy has yet to taken a varsity snap at Houston Westfield. Ed Oliver (University of Houston) was a 5-star Defensive Lineman at Westfield during Hardy’s career so far, as well as 4-Star c/o 2018 Keondre Coburn (DL). Speaking with Hardy III after the camp he said, “All I want is an opportunity to prove to people that I can compete with the best…Being at Westfield, I’ve had the chance to be around some great talent, but I know I can hold my own.”

George Hardy III has the work ethic, which he displayed at camp this week, to be a Hidden Gem that will shine when he gets his opportunity to put his talent on display.
