Refugio RB Jaylon Mascorro Commits To New Mexico State

One of the state’s most dominant players will be moving just next door to continue his career.

Jaylon Mascorro, who did nearly everything for a dominant Refugio squad, will be playing at New Mexico State in college. Mascorro was a bruiser in high school, he consistently ran hard despite multiple shoulder injuries in his senior year. The state champion will be bringing his skills toting the rock to a New Mexico State team that went 3-9 and desperately needs tough runners.
