Summer Creek four-star recruit Kelvin Banks de-commits from OSU

After originally committing to Oklahoma State early, 2022 four-star recruit Kelvin Banks Jr. took to twitter on Sunday evening to announce his de-commitment from the Pokes’ program:

According to 247sports, Banks is listed as the No. 13 offensive tackle prospect in the country and the No. 126 ranked overall prospect in the 2022 class.

The 6-4 offensive tackle out of Humble plays for Summer Creek who shines in one-on-one situations. Headed into his junior season, he has 13 offers— seven of which came since his commitment to Oklahoma State— including offers from Auburn, Baylor, LSU, Oregon, Texas, Texas A&M and more.

“I just want to make sure that I am making the right decision for me and my family for the future,” Banks wrote in his Twitter announcement.
