Texas high school football wouldn’t be the same without the bands bringing energy to the stands every Friday night.

Now it’s time for the fans to decide which high school football band deserves to be called the best in Texas.

Round 1 of the Texas HS Football Best Band Fan Vote is officially open. The field, nominated by you the fans, includes outstanding programs from every classification and across the state, including bands with UIL competition success, championship histories, strong traditions, and passionate school communities.

Voting is unlimited, so support your band, share the poll, and get your students, alumni, families, and community involved.

Round 2 will begin September 24, with the top bands advancing one step closer to the championship. The final vote begins October 6.

This poll is meant to celebrate the bands that help make Texas high school football special. We know there are many outstanding programs throughout the state, and inclusion in this poll is not intended to serve as a definitive ranking of every Texas high school band.

Vote early. Vote often. Rally your school and show Texas which band has the strongest support.

Please keep the competition positive. Accusations of cheating, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the poll will not be tolerated and may result in a school being removed from the competition
