Four-star Langham Creek running back Toneil Carter has decommitted from Georgia and committed to Texas.

According to Carter’s twitter, the decision contained no bad feelings towards Georgia, and was solely based on the fact that he could not enroll early due to the return of Sony Michel and Nick Chubb.

247 has Carter as the #7 running back in the nation and the #21 player in the state of Texas.
