UIL District Realignments Are Official: Find Out Where Your School Landed

| |

Every two years the Texas UIL realigns its high schools into athletic conferences for competition. Today, the UIL makes official what many across the state have been merely talking about.

Some of the Dallas-Fort Worth area districts line up has a few surprises as usual.

A few surprising alignments have to be 6A district 5 where newcomers Denton Braswell join the northeast side of the metroplex along with fellow city school Denton Guyer. This district also includes newcomer Little Em. Powerhouse Allen, and last years electric Prosper team will be the highlights of this district.

Longview and Tyler stay within the Dallas districts as they join Highland Park in 5A division 1 district 7.

All Frisco schools look to have aligned with the two remaining Denton schools to form 5A division 1 district 5.
