Louise QB Colin Gonzales
Gonzales did it with his arm and legs as he racked up 461 total yards. The Louise QB had eight total touchdowns to go with all those yards five passing and three on the ground himself. The Hornets needed Gonzales effort as their win over Charlotte was just their second win of the season.
Silsbee RB Calvin Tyler
Tyler ran all over the Hargrave Falcons to the tune 382 and five touchdowns, you know just an average day’s work. This was a big game for the Tigers as it would’ve put them in a 2-2 tie with the Falcons and not having the head to head tiebreaker would’ve put the the Tigers behind the eight ball/
Tyler Lee QB Chance Amie
The Raiders got off to a good start winning their first two games, but it has been downhill from there not having won a game since. Don’t blame that on quarterback Chance Amie especially last week when the Raiders came up on the short end of a 63-61 shootout with North Mesquite. Amie had 374 yards in the air with three touchdowns and added another 115 yards on the ground with another three touchdowns.
