Yet another Texas native is headed out west for college as San Antonio Marshall athlete Stanley Lambert announced his commitment to Arizona State on Friday night.

A wide receiver and safety for Marshall, Lambert presents a solid frame at 6’3, 211 pounds and thus, he was recruited by the Sun Devils as an outside linebacker. Lambert pledged to Arizona State over offers from Army, Liberty, Sam Houston State, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas State and UTSA.
A three-star prospect, Lambert is now the fourth Texas product to join Arizona State’s 2018 class, along with Brock Sturges (Allen), Dominique Harrison (Blinn College by way of Atascocita) and Michael Matus (Katy).
Now becoming the fifth commit of the month, Lambert gives Arizona State commit No. 11 overall and boosts the Sun Devils’ class to No. 69 nationally and No. 6 in the Pac-12.
Lambert is ranked as the nation’s No. 806 player, No. 130 wide receiver and the No. 111 player in Texas, per 247Sports Composite.
