Kennedale is the first top five team to drop this season after their loss to Alvarado. Replacing them in the #4 slot in China Spring who was firing on all cylinders Friday night when they dismantled Cameron Yoe 63-13. West Orange Stark continues to appear unstoppable, while Celina continues to struggle. With their second blowout loss of the season, the Bulldogs are our biggest drop, falling from #12 all the way to #22. After Levelland put 76 points on Andrews’ defense, Andrews is still 15th in the state? And Levelland dropped out of the top 25?
Being #24 last week, Levelland needed a win to stay in it. Love the high powered offense and I’m sure they’ll be able to make their way back into the mix as the season progresses. While Andrews struggled on defense, a win is a win and 76 points is always impressive.
