After Clemson’s thrilling win over Alabama in Monday night’s National Championship, It’s never too early to look ahead at who might win the title next year in Atlanta. On Tuesday, Bovada released their early national title odds for 2017 and two Texas teams made the list.

Texas is listed at 28/1 while Texas A&M is further down the list at 66/1. Alabama (4/1), Florida State (7/1), and Ohio State (9/2) have the best odds to win the title next year, while Clemson is listed eighth with 16/1 odds.
With new head coach Tom Herman signed on in Austin, it appears Las Vegas likes the Longhorns’ despite their 5-7 record last year. As for Kevin Sumlin and his Aggies, they are considered a long shot. Alabama is the favorite to win the title again, but as with anything in college football, you just never know.
