Meacham joins head coach David Beaty’s staff in Lawrence. Kansas finished just 2-10 last year, but one of those wins came over Texas in an overtime thriller.
Meacham spent the last three season in Fort Worth as the co-offensive coordinator with Sonny Cumbie. Last season, the Horned Frogs averaged 463.2 yards of offense per game after replacing quarterback Trevone Boykin in 2015.
