Yup, that’s Tom Herman and the crew taking sledgehammers to the Texas locker room in oder to make way for the new one.
In a way, this serves a dual purpose. The players get to tear down their old locker room in a ceremony that isn’t quite unlike the other motivational tearing down tactics. Some coaches light the game film on fire, some coaches burn the game ball, Tom Herman rips apart his own locker room in order to build a completely new one.
The actual skill of the team on the field remains to be seen, but this is at the very least a fun way to redecorate your locker room and get a motivational moment all at once.
