The Longhorns are looking to have a very serious revival under Tom Herman, whose staff have been recruiting their faces off for the past few months. Recruiting is never a perfect barometer of how good a team will be in a few years, but from where Texas is standing now, it’s definitely a good start. The Longhorns have lots of good recruits coming in very soon, and quite a few of them will be making an instant impact.
