Heâs on the record as being a heavy Texas lean, so the news hasnât come as a huge surprise. The five star prospect has excelled at Angleton over the years, he was a first team All-District safety in 2015, and likely wouldâve been again if he hadnât missed most of 2016 due to an injury.
The Longhorns have been dominating the recruiting scene. Theyâve got a top 5 recruiting class as ranked by 247 Sports, they already have some prime talent on campus, and if Tom Herman can weather the storm of adjustments that will inevitably need to be made, they have a chance at becoming a solid football team again.
