A stacked Missouri City Ridge Point roster now has another member headed for a Division I program after cornerback Knowledge Smith announced his commitment to the Nevada Wolfpack on Thursday night.

An unranked prospect following a junior season in which Smith compiled 27 tackles, eight pass breakups and one interception, Smith also holds offers from Grambling State, Houston Baptist, McNeese State and Stephen F. Austin.
The 6’1, 160-pound prospect is now commit No. 4 for Nevada and the second Houston-area talent to pledge this cycle, joining three-star Bellaire Episcopal cornerback TayJon Martin.
All four of Nevada’s 2018 commitments have come this month to construct a class that currently ranks No. 94 nationally and No. 3 in the Mountain West Conference.
