A 6’2, 290-pound prospect, Zeno picked up his McNeese State offer on May 26 as part of a three-offer day, in which Stephen F. Austin and Central Arkansas offered, as well. Texas Southern offered just days later on May 31.
As opposed to prolonging the process throughout his senior season, which will be accompanied with the spotlight at powerhouse Steele, Zeno’s football career with take him to The Boot after the Knights attempt to get back to the state championship game in 2017.
Zeno is now the second pledge of McNeese State’s 2018 class, joining two-star Sachse tight end Chase Davis. The Cowboys’ class currently ranks No. 1 in the Southland Conference.
Zeno is currently unranked.
