Cabot reports that Garrett will undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury and a source told Cabot that the team fears the injury will cause the former Texas A&M and Arlington Martin start to miss multiple weeks of his rookie season.
Garrett has dealt with injuries dating back to his final season in College Station. Per Pro Football Talk, Jackson told reporters that the injury is not the same one to his leg that he suffered during the offseason.
The Browns take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
