1: What was the highlight of your 2021 football season?

The highlight of my year was when we shut out our rivals Celina and won 21-0 or winning defensive MVP after our first game because it just started my season good and was an awesome acknowledgment.

2. What was the biggest challenge you or your team had to overcome this season?

I think the biggest challenge was seeing how we were going to bounce back from our first district loss in years, and just seeing how we would respond to that. I think we responded well since we went out and killed it the rest of the season.

3. If you could give advice to an incoming freshmen football player, what would it be?

If I could give any advice to an incoming player it would be to first just enjoy every moment because it sounds clique but it truly goes by faster than you can blink and you want to enjoy it all. And I would also tell them to give everything they have, even when it seems like you have given it everything that you always want to dig deep and give more because you do not want to regret anything.

4. If you could be a Super Hero, which one would you pick and why?

If I could be a superhero I would probably be Hawkeye because I would want to have amazing aim with a bow and arrow.

5. If you had to go to an island and only bring 3 things, what would you bring?

If I could only bring 3 things to an island I would probably bring a massive jug of water, a Machete because it would be a tool and weapon, and then lastly I would bring a mattress so I can sleep well at night.

 6. If not in the NFL winning the Super Bowl MVP, where do you see yourself in 10 years?

If not I’m the NFL in ten years I see myself either as a coach or an owner of a business that’s either welding or construction.

7. What is your go-to pre-game pump-up song?

My go-to pre-game pump song isn’t a song but a YouTube clip of the halftime speech from Ivory and coach games in the movie Friday night lights.

8. What is your favorite football or sports movie?

My favorite sports movie is the movie My All American about Freddie Steinmark

9. Name a teammate that:

  • Improved the most this year: Jaamael Felton
  • Is most likely to become President: Burke Rudolph
  • Has the best Tik Toks: Wes Tucker
  • Is most likely to become a high school football coach: Burke Rudolph

10.  Why do you love football?

I love football because it’s a way I can express myself on the field. And I also just love the grind and work ethic it takes to have success. I think that it’s not for everyone and it’s a game that proves your character. I also know how blessed I am with my skills and to be in my position so I want to play because of what my parents have done for me and what God has blessed me with.
