North Texas added another commitment into their 2018 recruiting class on Monday when Aubrey offensive lineman Jordan Redfearn announced his commitment to the Mean Green.

Redfearn also had an offer from Stephen F. Austin and also had interest coming from Louisiana-Monroe and Texas State, per 247 Sports. He becomes the eighth commit in the Class of 2018 for head coach Seth Littrell and the Mean Green.
The senior lineman was a first-team all-district selection last season as an offensive tackle. He is also a versatile two-way player, spending time at nose guard on the defensive line.
With Aubrey’s Wing-T offense, Redfearn does have a number of opportunites to show what he can do as a blocker and should be a key piece up front for the Chaparrals, who finished 8-4 last season.
Aubrey opens the season at home on September 1 against Bowie.
