The Baylor recruiting train is showing no signs of stopping. This time, it’s Franklin offensive lineman Casey Phillips.

Phillips has great size for a D-1 offensive lineman in his 6’5, 280 lbs frame. He can run block excellently as well.
Franklin had a tad bit of an early exit in the playoffs, they lost in the first round to Teague by a score of 42-40. The Lions will reload next season with Phillips at the helm.
As for Baylor, the first season in the Matt Rhule era is quickly approaching. The Bears already have three commits in the class of 2018.
