Baylor head coach Matt Rhule will enter his first season in Waco without another of his top receivers. Over the weekend, Ishmael Zamora confirmed his decision on Twitter after EXOS announced he was joining their NFL Combine Training Program.
I made this decision for a lot of reasons and family is the #1, I loved baylor just as much as the next guy but I couldnt stay there forever

Zamora was suspended for the first three games in 2016 after video showed him beating his dog. He was also charged with a misdemeanor and sentenced to 40 hours of community service.
The redshirt sophomore from Alief Elsik was the second leading receiver for the Bears this year, behind K.D. Cannon. Zamora finished the year with 63 catches for 809 yards and eight touchdowns.
