A first-team all-district selection as a junior, Henson was offered by ULM on April 28 and committed to the Warhawks over offers from Louisiana-Lafayette, Stephen F. Austin, Central Arkansas and Abilene Christian.
He now becomes ULM’s third pledge in the last four days, the fourth commit from Texas this cycle and the fifth commit the Warhawks have earned throughout July. Louisiana-Monroe’s 2018 class is now up to six total commits and ranks No. 110 nationally and No. 7 in the Sun Belt Conference.
A 6’4, 250-pound prospect, Henson is currently unranked.
