Williams is a three-star prospect that chose the Cowboys over other offers from Houston, Arizona and Arizona State among others.
The standout safety earned first team all-district honors for the Bears last season, finishing with 62 tackles and three interceptions, one of which he took back for a touchdown. He took a punt return back for a touchdown as well last season.
Williams becomes the twelfth commit in the Class of 2018 for Oklahoma State, who has the second-best class in the Big 12 only behind Texas. He is also the eighth Texan to join the Cowboys class.
Williams will be a key part of the South Oak Cliff defense for 2017. The Bears went 9-4 in 2016, won the District 11-5A title last year and advanced to the third round of the Class 5A Division II playoffs before being eliminated by Mesquite Poteet.
