Over on MyNorthwest.com they are reporting that a football player that suffered a broken C1 vertebrae in his neck during a game last Friday night is expected to make a full recovery.
The report indicates that the player, named David Young, was able to walk off the field after he got hit in the neck after colliding with another player.
Young was rushed to the hospital where he received treatment and was fitted with a halo brace to immobilize his neck. Young is expected to make a full recovery.
