Grandview Zebras Introduce New Stadium

Roof Replacement from Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal

There are three living species of zebras. The animal is one of the only living members of the family Equidae. Every species has different types of stripes, and each makes six distinct sounds.

They are not native to our hemisphere, but there is one TXHSFB that has a zebra as its mascot.

Grandview High School made headlines last September, calling out the Cincinnati Bengals for directly poaching their white tiger helmets. Grandview, located in a small town of about 2,000 people, has been donning the exact same design for quite some time. Besides the aesthetic helmet designs, Grandview emerges from the mouth of an enraged giant zebra inflatable — one of the most astounding in the sport.

Now, the Zebras are one-upping themselves yet again. The school introduced a brand-new field, replacing the ho-hum one they were forced to play on before. A giant zebra head is painted right in the nucleus of the field, intimidating all opponents with one of the most fearsome mascots in all of TXHSFB. And to really stick it to the Cincinnati Bengals, the white and black stripes are prominent in the end zone. The new field was announced on Grandview’s official Twitter:

Last season, the Zebras went 11-3 with a combined point differential of 633-183. Ultimately, they were two victories short of the state title. Grandview hasn’t claimed the top prize since winning back-to-back state championships in 2018 and 2019.
