Katy’s offensive line pipeline will continue with Connor Galvin, who has committed to Baylor, per a post on his Twitter account.

Galvin was part of a group that helped guide running back Deondrick Glass to the 2016 19-6A Overall MVP award. In just around 11 games (Glass missed the final game of Katy’s season and the majority of their second round game), Glass gained 1,912 yards and 30 touchdowns on just 184 attempts.
Last year, Katy’s season opened with a loss to Austin Westlake, and in 2017, they’ll get another shot at the Chaps. With players like Galvin, Katy has the tools to make another title run this year if they can get out of a devastatingly good region.
Galvin is the newest member of a talent-rich Baylor recruiting class that includes names like Joshua Fleeks of Cedar Hill and Kalon Barnes of Silsbee. Matt Rhule’s first season will kick off soon, and we’ll finally get to see the new Baylor Bears in action.
