A strong Cedar Hill team added another top standout in their secondary. Safety Jamarceon Jackson announced via Twitter Thursday that he is transferring from Haynesville High School (Louisiana) to Cedar Hill to finish his high school careert.

Jackson is coming off of a 15-1 record with Haynesville this past season and will become a dynamic playmaker for head coach Carlos Lynn and the Longhorns.
“He’s a great kid from a great family,” Lynn told TexasHSFootball.com on Friday, “We are happy that he is moving to our community and we’re looking forward to working with him.”
Per 247 Sports, Jackson is a three-star recruit with offers from UTSA, Louisiana-Lafayette, and Mississippi State among others.
