Manor wide receiver Carl Chester took to Twitter Sunday evening to announce his commitment to the University of Louisiana Monroe:

The six-foot-three athlete brought in 36 receptions for 465 yards in the 2019 season. Chester tallied eight touchdowns helping lead Manor to a 6-5 record— losing 59-14 in the fourth round of the playoffs to Shadow Creek.
Chester is choosing ULM over Houston Baptist University.
