The 5-7 back saw playing time in each of his first two seasons in Stillwater primarily on special teams as the main kick returner for the Cowboys in 2015. He had 12 carries for 85 yards and a touchdown in 2016. He was competing with Justice Hill for playing time this season after Chris Carson graduated.
The former Wildcat was an integral part of leading Temple to the state championship game in his senior season and signed on with Oklahoma State as a late addition to the 2015 recruiting class. Head coach Mike Gundy has yet to comment on Carr’s status.
Oklahoma State opens their season on Friday, August 31 at home against Tulsa.

Somebody’s going to get a good experienced RB when they sign Jeff. OSU is just packed with good RBs for once.
