TXHSFB State Championship Tickets Now On Sale
We call it a Texas holiday tradition.
Tickets for all 12 high school football state championship games at AT&T Stadium in Arlington are on sale now. All 11-man and six-man football championships will be played at Jerry World and will run from December 14-17. Tickets are $20 and allow admittance to all three games on that day.
Obviously, games beneath the Friday Night Lights have a reputation for being larger than life.
Crowds often eclipse those at college bowl games, which usually have an average attendance of just over 20,000 fans.
A Class 6A Division I state championship two years ago between Galena Park North Shore and Duncanville had a turnout of 47,818 fans in attendance, 70% more than the collegiate championship games at the time.
The all-time mark was set in 2013 with Allen against Pearland High in the 5A Division I Texas State Championship. The 54,347 in attendance was a state and national record.
To beat the crowds, tickets for the TXHSFB finals can be purchased here.
