According to multiple reports, the Houston Texans have signed quick receiver Bruce Ellington.

The pickup doesn’t come without lots of risk, though. Ellington has been injured before, missing all of 2016 with an injury to his hamstring.
Bruce Ellington was placed on IR with 49ers last season with a torn hamstring.

He was later claimed off waivers by the Jets, but failed his physical and was waived again before the Texans swooped in to grab him today.
Ellington definitely has potential, and can mesh extremely well with rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson due to the signal-caller’s mobile skillset and Ellington’s ability to break off routes. He’ll have to get healthy to be viable for the Texans, but if he can, look out.
