After a prolific senior season capped off a stellar career as Denton Guyer’s top running, Kaedric Cobbs made his collegiate commitment.
Via Twitter, Cobbs announced he will remain in state and play for UTSA.
Ranking atop his class academically, Cobbs had several Division I and Ivy League offers on the table, making him a rare breed of intellect and intensity.
According to MaxPreps.com, during the 2019 season, Cobbs amassed 2,641 rushing yards for an 8.1 yard per carry average. He averaged over 150 yards rushing in every game this season, leading the Wildcats into the state-title game against Austin Westlake.
For his career, Cobbs accumulated 4,128 yards rushing, 61 touchdown and had 25 games with 100 yards or more on the ground.
