The former Longhorn star was arrested for marijuana possession of two ounces or less and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Foreman was a 2,000+ yard rusher and a Doak Walker award winner last year for the Longhorns. He was selected in the third round of the NFL Draft by the Houston Texans with the 89th overall pick. His presence is widely thought to be part of a Texans team that will refocus on the ground game.
The Texans have not issued a statement at the time of publish.
UPDATE: A statement has been released.
