Before December 2015, Jalen Guyton was expected to be the future at Notre Dame. On the 18th of December, the wide receiver was suspended, and promptly transferred to TVCC. Now, Guyton will continue his career after TVCC with the UNT Mean Green.

Guyton was a part of the ridiculously dominant Allen teams of the early 2010’s. He won a state championship every single year he played with the Eagles.
It’s unknown exactly why Guyton was suspended, or why he transferred instead of staying at Notre Dame, but this will all work to the benefit of the Mean Green regardless. If Guyton can avoid the trouble he got in at Notre Dame, he should get some playing time immediately and might quickly become one of their best wideouts.
